I build things that have to work the first time. Currently supervising live construction on the Qiddiya Formula 1 Circuit through PIF’s Azm national talent program — PMP® certified before my first full-time role, and still counting.
Giga-cities like Qiddiya and NEOM don’t need three separate hires — they need someone who can read a single-line diagram, enforce a QC checklist, and ship a working model. That intersection is where I sit.
HV grid infrastructure at the source — load flow, protection coordination, and transformer & circuit-breaker commissioning built at Saudi Electricity Company.
Quality control and safety compliance enforced daily on a national giga-project — backed by a PMP® earned before my first full-time role.
Real-time computer vision shipped solo, CPU-only — proof that infrastructure thinking extends cleanly into software.
I finished my degree the same year Saudi Arabia opened one of its most ambitious construction sites to a new generation of engineers — and I wanted to be inside it, not reading about it later. That’s the real reason behind stacking a PMP® before my first full-time role, an NVQ alongside live site work, and a McKinsey program on top of both: I’d rather over-prepare for a career built at the center of something than arrive qualified for something that’s already finished.
The PMP came first — passed on the first attempt, rated “Above Target” overall and in the People domain, before I’d earned a full-time paycheck. Then I went looking for the hardest place to prove it was more than a certificate.
That place is the Qiddiya Formula 1 Circuit, one of Vision 2030’s flagship giga-projects, where I supervise live construction workfronts through PIF’s Azm national talent program — quality control, HSE compliance, and the daily discipline of keeping a national project on schedule. Before the site, it was substations: testing and commissioning HV transformers and circuit breakers at Saudi Electricity Company.
Between the two, I’ve learned engineering and leadership are the same skill: build the thing correctly, on time, and leave the system better than you found it.
Project Management Professional. Passed first attempt — “Above Target” overall & People domain.
Saudi Council of Engineers — Accredited Engineer, Electrical Engineering. Valid to Feb 2027.
Level 4 Diploma, Construction Site Supervision — British national vocational qualification.
Occupational Safety & Health Administration standards certification.
Institution of Occupational Safety & Health certification.
I inherited an IEEE branch running on zero budget and six courses a term. I left it running 40+ events for 1,400+ participants — on partnerships built from nothing.
A real-time recognition pipeline built solo for my capstone — PCA/Eigenfaces for identity, with live gender, age, and emotion classification layered on top. No GPU: it runs on CPU-only hardware at roughly 30 frames per second, served through a Flask web app so it’s actually usable, not just a notebook demo.
Energy, construction, strategy, or anywhere a giga-project needs someone who shows up early and reads the drawings twice.
